How do I care for my jewelry?
Our silver and gold beads are treated to resist tarnishing, but sometimes they need a quick touch-up. To do so, we recommend using a silver polishing cloth.
Do not use liquid silver polish as it removes the oxidization off the beads and bracelets. It is also recommended that you remove your jewelry before coming into contact with water, hot tubs or pools, as exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your Chamilia product.
How does the bracelet work?
Our collection of over 600 beads allows you to create a style that is all your own. Instructions are provided to learn more about how to assemble our jewelry.
What is the purpose of locks?
Most often, locks are placed on each end of the bracelet to prevent movement of the beads; however, they can be placed anywhere you choose to complete your finished design.
What are the beads made of?
Each Chamilia bead is handcrafted by experienced artisans using the finest quality sterling silver, 14k gold, beautiful Italian Murano glass, Swarovski crystals and colored stones.
What is your return policy?
Chamilia will accept returns on defective products that are returned within six months from the date of sale. Returns must be made to Chamilia retail partners. Proof of purchase is required.
*General wear and tear is not covered by the Chamilia Warranty Policy. This includes damage from using liquid silver polish on the product, wearing it in pools or hot tubs and normal fading on oxidized items.
Can I order online at your website?
